Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions about our services? Here are answers to some of the most common ones to help you get started with confidence.
How do I access physio through DVA?

You’ll need a current referral from your GP (D904 form). Once that’s in place, you can contact us to book an appointment. We’ll handle the claiming directly through DVA — no out-of-pocket cost to you.

Do I need to bring my referral to the appointment?

Yes, please bring a copy of your DVA referral and your DVA card. If your GP has sent it to us directly, just let us know and we’ll confirm it before your appointment.

How often can I attend physio under DVA?

Each DVA referral includes up to 12 sessions. If more sessions are needed, we’ll work with your GP to arrange a new referral.

What if I have mobility issues or need help getting to the clinic?

Our clinic has a single entry point that is suitable for disabled access. If you have mobility concerns, let us know when booking so we can assist as needed.

Is the treatment tailored to older veterans?

Absolutely. We understand the unique needs of ageing veterans and adjust our approach accordingly. Sessions are gentle, respectful, and focused on improving function, comfort, and quality of life.
