Frequently Asked Questions
You can start at any point. Some women come in early for pelvic floor and posture support, while others seek treatment once discomfort starts. We’ll tailor sessions to suit your trimester and how you’re feeling.
That depends on your delivery and how you're feeling. Many women start with gentle rehab a few weeks after birth, once cleared by their GP or OB. We'll take things slowly and safely — whether you had a vaginal delivery or C-section.
Yes, with the right guidance. We offer safe, modified exercises that support your changing body, help manage pain, and prepare you for birth. Everything is personalised and closely monitored by your physio.
Pelvic floor issues can include leaking, heaviness, or poor bladder control — common during and after pregnancy. We assess how your muscles are working and guide you through specific exercises to improve strength and control.
Yes. Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation) is common post-natally. We’ll assess the gap, teach you safe exercises, and guide you through a recovery program that helps rebuild core function and reduce the gap over time.
